Acticity Introduction

报幕竞速  Name Dropping

营员被分成两组，相视而坐；两位组织者在中间拉起一个屏障，确保两边都看不到对面的人；每一轮两组各派一名营员上前坐在屏障后，屏障放下后，率先正确喊出对方名字的营员获胜，另一名营员加入获胜方阵营。玩的就是速度与记忆！帮助营员们记忆名字的同时，锻炼反应能力，并让大家更好地融入夏令营。

The group is divided into two teams and they huddle apart with a space in between. Two leaders stand between the two group holding up a large removable wall  so that neither group can see the other. Each group picks one person to go up to the wall. When both players are in place, the wall is removed. The competitors then have to try to say the other person's name first. Whoever says his opponent's name correctly first wins the round and the slower player joins the faster player's group.

真心话弹力球  Truth Ball Bounce

营员们围站成一个圈，将写满个人喜好等小问题的瑜伽球丢向任意一位营员并正确喊出他/她的名字。被叫名字的营员接球，读出大拇指碰到的问题，并给出真实的回答。回答后，由接球的营员任意丢给另一位营员，如此重复。通过一个个小问题让大家更了解同伴，找到兴趣相投的朋友，也锻炼了口语表达能力。

A small yoga ball was written with various basic questions  on it. For example, "What's your favorite ice cream flavor?" "Who's your idol?" "What pet do you want?". The group will sit in a circle. Campers will toss the ball at anyone and meanwhile call out his/her name. The one who is called catches the ball, reads the question that their thumb touches and gives the true answer. (If their thumbs touch two questions, they choose one to answer; if their thumbs touch no question, they choose the closest one.) Then the catcher tosses the ball at another and repeat the progress.

Acticity Introduction​​​

多米诺机器  Domino Machine

营员被分为若干4-5人的小组。每个小组盲选一个数字并发放相应的工具包，每个工具包里有不同的若干各式各样的物件。各小组的任务是在限定时间内仅利用自己小组工具包里的物件搭建一个机器推倒一块多米诺骨牌，机器越复杂越好。在合作中，不同的想法碰撞出新的idea，帮助营员提升团队协作能力以及动手能力。

The group is divided into several teams with 4-5 players. Every team picks a number without seeing the kits and was given  the corresponding kit. The task is to use only the items in their kit  to build a machine.  The more complicated, the better.  They are going to knock down Domino cards within the limited time. In the end, every team takes turns to demonstrate how the machine works.

意面高塔  Spaghetti Tower

营员被分为若干4-5人的小组，每个小组得到相同量的意面和棉花糖。各小组需要在限定时间内，仅利用意面和棉花糖，搭建一个尽可能高的塔。这也是一个很流行的团队活动！利用几何和物理学知识，通过团队沟通合作完成。

The group is divided into several teams with 4-5 players each. Each team will be assigned the same mount of spaghetti and marshmallow. The task is to build a tower, as tall as possible, with spaghetti and marshmallow only, within the limited time. When the time's up,  all the towers will be placed on the same platform and see whose is the tallest.

对孩子智趣的开发不一定要通过严格的学术课程，科学地“玩”也能更好地提升益智能力。在这些精心设计的益智活动中，营员们将通过各类互动，如辨别真假词汇、在快节奏中避开雷区、肢体表演词汇等等趣味环节，提升理解力、反应力、创造力、肢体协调力等能力，“玩”出更多智趣体验！

打哑谜  Junior Charades

营员被分为两组。每轮有一组派一名营员上前盲选一张卡片，将卡片上的内容用哑剧的形式演出来，不能发出声音或做口型。先猜出卡片上内容的小组得分。通过卖力的表演，看看是否有默契让组员猜中呢？

A bag of cards with one item on each that campers need to act out is provided to campers. The items can be an object, a creature, a famous person or a simple action. The group is divided into two groups. One team will choose a member from to randomly pick up a card from the bag, showing it to no one but the leaders, and act out the charade. His partner will need to guess the item on the card from his performance.

极限传球  Pass the Ball

营员们站成一个圈。拿到球的营员把球传给不相邻的人，其他营员依次传球，直到每个人都传过球。随后要求在不改变顺序的情况下用最短的时间把球传给所有人，可以尝试改变站位。通过这个快节奏的活动，培养大家合作能力和快速反应能力。

Campers form a circle, and  one of the players is given a small ball (such as a tennis ball). He passes the ball to somebody, but not his neighbors. That recipient must then pass it to somebody else, who will pass it across the circle until everyone has had the ball one time. Once the ball reaches the final person, the group need to recall  the order in which they pass the ball. Then they will do it in the same order again, but the counselor will be timing how fast they can pass the ball around the group in the same sequence.

众人拾柴火焰高，无论在学校还是社会，团队都是一个很重要的概念，团队拓展活动能帮助营员们更好地意识到团队的重要性，提升协作能力。这些活动都需要整个团队分工合作，共同完成，让营员们理解团队协作带来的高效率、新想法，能帮助更好地完成任务。

飞盘大战  Ultimate Frisbee

在空旷的场地，营员分为数量相同的两队，站在门线后。先手的队伍将飞盘朝对方的球门方向传给队友，不断传递飞盘，传飞盘的营员必须保持一只脚不动。当飞盘落地或被截断，则轮到另一队传飞盘。当一队将飞盘传过对方门线且门线内有队友接住飞盘时该队得一分。这是个很有趣的户外运动，团队作战提升大家的团队协作能力，以及互相配合能力。

One team begins the game by tossing the Frisbee downfield toward the receiving team. This team will take the Frisbee and pass it to a teammate on his or her way to their opponent's goal. However, the Frisbee can only brought toward the goal by throwing it. Once a player catches the Frisbee, he/she can only pivot (keeping one foot stationary) before throwing it again. Play continues until a player misses a pass (and the Frisbee touches the ground) or the Frisbee is intercepted, and then possession is given to the other team. 

音乐拼座  Cooperative Musical Chairs

营员在音乐播放时绕椅子转圈，不能停留或触碰椅子，音乐一停抢一个座位坐下, 因为椅子的数量比人少一个，没有座位的人被淘汰。随后减少一个椅子再次开始，直到决出冠军。随后第二次游戏时，没有抢到座位的不会被淘汰，但必须和他人分享座位。每轮减少一个椅子，直到最后只剩一把椅子所有人坐在同一把椅子上。这是个很经典的抢座位游戏，在考验反应力的同时，也看如何合作让每个人都能有座位。

Campers walk around the outside of the chairs - no lingering next to the chair, and no touching the chairs. The music stops at random. When the music is stopped, all camperss must find a chair. The person without a chair is out. Take another chair away and start over till there's only one chair.

Section E: 传统活动 Traditional Games

想体验下最传统的美式营地活动吗？这些风靡美国的传统活动或运动将带营员们体验不一样的“玩”法。原来桌上足球还有真人版！原来球类运动还有这么有趣的规则！如何巧妙地帮团队获胜？如何反应灵敏的躲避对方的进攻？相信这些传统活动将会给营员们留下很多新鲜美好的记忆！

Acticity Introduction

来体验一下风靡国外的Gagaball吧！大家被围在一个活动区域，用手腕部分击打球，打中对方膝盖以下部分，那此人就被out了，留在最后的人就获得了胜利。这是很传统的美式活动，趣味性较强，也很考验营员的反应能力。

Come experience the popular game Gagaball! Everyone will stand within a Gagaball pit and use their wrists to go after the ball. When you hit an opponent's knees or below, they are out. Whoever is the last one standing is the winner. This is a traditional American activity, it is very well-liked, and will also test campers' reaction time.

九宫格是由钢管搭建起来的场地，所有营员排队进入九宫格，单轮进入9人站在9个格子正下方，站在正中间格子的人为发球者，将球投掷给站在其他格子的人，被投入的格子中的人要将球击拍至其他格子中，直到有人没接住球或有人把球打到九宫格外，则此人out，其余8人按顺时针方向填补空位，再由下一位营员进入第9格。活动全程不能用手拿球，在受限的活动区域内如何设法使别人接不到球便是关键哦。

Nine Square is a game involving a structure of pipes set up like a 3D tic-tac-toe board. All campers will line up to enter the 9 Square, one by one, 9 people will enter and one person will stand in each of the 9 squares. Whoever stands in the middle square is the ball hitter, and will hurl the ball toward a person standing in another square. The person whose square the ball was hurled toward must hit the ball toward a person in another square. This continues until one person misses the ball or someone throws the ball out of bounds; that person is out, then the 8 other players move to the next of the 9 squares and a new player enters the 9th square. During the game, the ball cannot be held. The key is to think of a way to keep other players from getting the ball!

Section F: 反应力活动 Quick Response Games

反应力类的活动通常都十分具有挑战性，考验大脑和肢体之间的协调能力，特别是在多人对抗中，比赛谁的反应速度更快也是很有压力的哦。反应力的快慢也反映了营员的整体心理水平，思维是否专注，心理是否积极，同时这些活动也十分具备趣味性，有些需要团队合作，是对配合能力和反应能力的双重挑战！

沙拉竞速  Fruit Salad

每一位营员被分配到一种水果的名字，共四种水果。一名营员站在降落伞中间，其他营员等距站在降落伞周围，举起降落伞。当组织者喊某种水果时，相应的营员松手穿过降落伞，跑去一个和原来的位置不同的另一侧的位置。之前中间的营员要在这些营员抢位置时尝试抢先抢占他们其中一个位置。最后没抢到位置的营员站在中间，开始下一轮。当组织者喊“水果沙拉”时，所有人都要跑到降落伞下面再去抢一个和原来不同也不在同一侧的位置。抢占位置时往往会出现忙乱，如何快速有眼力地换位便是一个挑战。

One player begins in the middle, underneath the parachute. Only enough room around the parachute for all participants is left (not including the one in the middle). The leader calls one of the four groups. Everyone who was assigned to that fruit group must let go of the chute and duck underneath, switching to anther spot in the circle, provided, the spot isn't directly on either side of him/her. While this is happening, the player in the middle tries to beat the other players to an empty spot around the chute. The last person without a spot around the chute has to stand in the middle. 

营员被均分为两组，每组有一套序号。营员站在场地两侧，正中间放一个易抓的物品，即“培根”。导师随机报一个数字，两组中该序号的两位营员跑去“偷培根”，先抢到的营员要快速把培根带回组，没有抢到的营员通过触碰对手阻止其成功“偷到培根”。这是反应力与竞速相容的活动，同时增强团队荣誉感。

The group is divided into two even teams, and  each player getting a number. They line up on opposite sides of a large room. A small, easy-to-hold object such as a beanbag is placed directly between the two teams. The leader calls out any of the numbers assigned and have the two players who share the number race to grab the object first and bring it back to their team's boundary or wall without being tagged by the player who shares their number who is also racing for the object.

Section G: 水上乐园活动 Wet and Wild Games

炎炎夏日，怎么能少了与水玩乐呢？水上乐园活动优选多个精彩活动，带营员们嗨翻一夏！这里有考验团队协作与速度的海绵接力，有比拼肢体协调力的“水帘洞”障碍，更有激动人心的色彩大战！让大家在玩乐的同时，提升团队荣誉感，让TSC大家庭在这个夏日有温暖、有活力！

海绵接力  Over and Under

每队前面有一个装满水的桶和一块海绵，每队后面有一个空的桶。各队营员等距站成一列。每队第一位营员拿起海绵，浸在水里，再将海绵举过头顶传给第二位营员，第二位营员把海绵从胯下传给第三位营员，如此反复，最后一名营员把海绵里的水拧在空桶里，再跑到队伍最前面。重复这一套的操作直到游戏结束，收集最多水的队伍获胜。考验团队协作，比拼速度，不可轻敌哦！

Players stand one behind the other. The first player holds the sponge, dips it into the water and passes it over his/her head to the player behind him/her. The second player takes the ball and passes it under his/her legs to the third player who then takes it and passes it over his/her head to the fourth player… This continues until it reaches the last player, he/she needs to twist and sponge and collect the water in the bucket. And then, the last player runs to the start of the line and begin the pattern again until the time is up. The team with the most water collected wins.

巧过“水帘​洞” Water Limbo

导师把水管举在肩膀高度，喷出的水流形成“水帘洞”。营员列队排在“水帘洞”后并依次通过。如果沾到了水或者除脚以外的身体部位碰到了地就被淘汰，如果顺利通过，排到队尾。逐轮降低“水帘洞”的高度，决出冠军。考验营员身体反应能力，如何利用身体技巧不碰到水，是很大的挑战哦！

The leader holds on to the hose. The campers line up behind the hose. The hose is turned on at high strength — there should be a jet of water. The stream of water is held at about shoulder height. Campers bend over backwards (if necessary) and walk underneath the stream of water. If they can walk underneath the stream, they join the back of the line. If they walk into water or any part other than their feet touch the ground, they are out.
